I mentioned it earlier on the AnimeBlurayUK Twitter account; but Amazon UK have a fair amount of MVM Entertainment Blu-rays reduced to around £19 (Accel World, Another, Familiar of Zero, Fate/Zero etc).
Whenever a FUNimation Blu-ray release was Region B there was a high chance of it being used by Madman Entertainment for it's Blu-ray release (and then sometimes MangaUK).
For instance Madman Entertainments release of Sengoku Basara Season 2 and The Last Party Movie were both the American...
Amusingly I actually preferred the UK DVD/Blu-ray Menu as opposed to the US Version but that's mostly because the US release had a tiny text menu (i.e. text in top right-hand corner) where as this is big and bold.
That's probably down to schedule conflicts and people being busy (as 3 to 4 people need to be available on the same day to record podcast/ Q&A); but i agree those podcasts and events were fun/interesting.
if a Blu-ray version of Cowboy Bebop: The Movie does get a UK release I just hope they don't use the materials from the America Blu-ray, as apparently that was terrible. I remember reading saying the picture quality was lower quality than that of the Japanese version (which I guess nowadays is...

Maybe he was referring to the Ghost in the Shell Steel Tins when it was being released in volumes? as the first volume of GiTS Season 1 and Season 2 included a tin to keep the rest of the volumes inside.
But yea the Solid State...
As far as I'm aware Yu-Gi-Oh! has never been released on Blu-ray (other than the Bonds Beyond Time 3D Movie) BUT HD masters do exist for Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie, as it was once aired on ITV in HD several years ago, and I assume HD masters for Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal are available in Japan.
In regards to...
The Blu-ray / HD version of Skaugan No Shana was terrible; especially for Season 1. Season 2 wasn't as bad but the DVD's (overall) still seemed better.
Samurai Bride is a 'MangaUK' release - KAZE have no involvement with it; according to Jeremy, during the Industry Panel, MangaUK have licensed Samurai Bride through FUNimation, though that doesn't sound right as Sentai Filmworks license the show in America (and has been dubbed by them).
Re: Anime Limited Pushes Kill la Kill Blu-Ray Back To 1st De
Un-Go and Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere Blu-rays spring to mind (with strange faults).
I remember MangaUK cancelling Disappearence of Haruhi Suzumiya Blu-ray because it did not work on PS3 Consoles after a QC, yet Un-Go didn't...

Where possible I buy the Blu-ray; if not i'll just get the DVD - but i'll sometimes buy a DVD (if on offer) and then re-buy it on Blu-ray if it like it (such as American Imports).
Although if a Blu-Ray is available (in America) but...
As far as I can tell the Blu-ray doesn't suffer from the same audio issue (I went and bought a copy of the Blu-ray while at the Expo), but it does suffer from the weird chapter points and grey subtitles (which is the same as Gargantia and Psycho-Pass).
In regards to the DVD I believe the audio...
It my eyes its a typical Musou game; lots of enemies, variety of playable characters...
I prefer the Gundam Musou (Dynasty Warriors: Gundam) One Piece Musou (One Piece: Pirate Warriors) game as I actually know the story; where as in the Samurai Warriors / Dynasty Warriors (Regular titles) it's...
Ok... so first of all here is my MCM Comic Con London 2014 Haul:
For starters all of the games came from Rice Digital's stall:
Senran Kagura bundle was £25 for Game + Shirt + 3D poster
All of the other games (Xbox 360, PS3, PC, DS and PS Vita) were part of a special offer - Friday it was 3...
Yep I kept mine and I found a nice place for it to stay =D
This 'October MCM' has to be the best yet; it was "much more" organised than previous years where clear signs were listed to tell you where you needed to be and then inside the event there were signs helping you find your way around...
Only movies 1 and 2 were reduced; movie 3 is the same price (as its only just been released) - but yea I know how that feels...
If you bought them (or received it) within less then 7 days try e-mailing them and see if they will refund the difference. I know Amazon do a similar policy (although...
