Just as a heads up, rather than releasing each week, on Monday we'll be releasing the other titles mentioned up for sale and these will remain at EB price for the month.
There was an email sent to retailers stating the issue and stock was recalled so they are aware of it and in the process of amending the fault. Some retailers like ourselves, may just be keeping it live to take back orders whilst informing the customer at the time of ordering. It may take a few...
This goes for any older anime, not just the ones you've mentioned but would be A) the license would be available for UK rights, B) the series has been released on Blu-Ray. If it's available only on DVD they just don't sell as well bar the odd exceptions (Trigun for example).

If it's a collector's edition, it'll be mentioned in the title listing. If there's both collector and standard available on the site, it'll be listed as "collector's edition" and "standard edition" respectively. If there's no collector's edition, or in this case it isn't available for general...
I don't think any retailers had any of the initial stock - I think the disc error was noticed before it was shipped out to everyone else, which I had assumed was the reason behind it being pushed back a few weeks.
