    The General Conversation Area

I try ^^ Surprisingly every time I go down south or further afield, I'm always mistaken for being Canadian because I don't talk like "och aye the noo!"... *sigh*

Diet Irn Bru can only be described as sadness in a can. It's miserable. It tastes like the soul of a man who's lost it all, and aspartame.

Turning into liquid gold is one of my more redeeming qualities.

Cut me open and I'll bleed Irn Bru 😎 (the original, not the new stuff)

    Relationships and Romance

Actually, we all get a pamphlet when the time comes with basic instructions on eyebrow-fluttering. It's fine to go to the pub during the day and not drink, always been the same I think (or you can have an alcoholic drink with food as long as an adult is present I believe..?); just when it gets...

Course the blokes xD it's a terribly sexist society we live in. How did you know; fluttering my eyebrows is actually my speciality.

    Relationships and Romance

Why thank you! How kind. My poor back... I agree - communication is key. Hmm, now that is a question... I am currently in a long-term relationship - albeit a somewhat complicated one as of late - but I've been with my other half for about 4 years now. Ouch, that sucks. I've never been thrown...

    Relationships and Romance

That's fair, just one I experienced myself. Since it was a group of us out, because the rest of them were drinking, there was no guarantee that the ones who were of age weren't buying drinks for me - makes the bar staff twitchy (although this may have just been an issue where I'm from xD). That...

    Relationships and Romance

I agree, it's definitely a lot weirder when you're younger. For example, your other half going to the pub with their friends because they're 18, while you may still be 16/17 and can't go with. It's a world of a difference in that case even though it may only be a one-year gap.

    Hullo!

    I suppose xD

    Relationships and Romance

I think it depends from person to person. Looking back on my dating history, all of my relationships have been with guys at least 2 years older than myself - the biggest age gap being 10 years. I have dated guys my own age of course, but I've always found that we're not really on the same...

    Hullo!

You would think, wouldn't you?

    Hullo!

I think that would maybe spiral out of control as I'd also get to the point of refusing to serve everyone xD Turns out a simple "I'm as good as it gets - it's me or nothing." works wonders

Excellent gif-age. Hello to you, too!

    Hullo!

A fellow sufferer, hurrah! :D I was a supervisor at CeX before I started working here so it was a constant mix of nagging and "can I speak with your MAN-ager". More or less indifferent to it now 'cause if I wasn't I'd probably blind myself from all the eye-rolling. Thank you! :3
