@RadFemHedonist : Tokyopop have really made an impact (in a good way) with their LGBT+ LoveLove imprint and I have no hesitation in recommending some of these which are all in print including: Don't Call Me Dirty by Gorou Kanbe Snow Fairy by Tomo Serizawa and Lullaby of the Dawn (first three...
Thank you, @Rui, your kind words much appreciated. 🙇♀️There's such a wide variety of BL stories available now and so many to recommend for their positive and optimistic portrayals of same-sex relationships. Always happy to give recommendations of titles that are just really good reads.
That is, indeed, very perplexing and hard to explain. Although... it's probably different now but in earlier manga publishing days (much earlier!) I do seem to recall being told that US or European publishers would be offered a bundle of titles, meaning that if they wanted one title in...
I noticed this from SS this evening:

I find it a little difficult to understand when...
Seven years have passed since Hozumi sailed away from his island home and his high-school first love Mishima. Now he’s back – but can he repair the damage he did to their relationship back then? Or is it too late?

@Gemsy-chan: I honestly had given up hope of ever seeing Volume 7, especially after Sensei's comments on X/Twitter but I guess better incredibly late than never (April 2025 seems a long way away - esp. as Volume 1 came out from SuBLime in 2013). 🥹
5th SuBLime announcement, Mamita's The Metalhead Next Door coming in December 2024. Great to see more Mamita being published in English (KUMA will be bringing out Haberdashery Ginmokusei in 2025).
The third title from SuBLime tonight - and recommended by me in Slice of Life: Someday I’ll Fall for You by Tomo Kurahashi (2 vols) November 2024. (Let's Be Together in French edition from Taifu) And there are sequels... so hopefully SuBLime will pick those up too.
The mystery surrounding the kannagi who defend the island from the monsters who emerge from the Black Sea at night deepens when Alto makes an extraordinary discovery.

Seconding what Gemsy-chan has said! The anime is faithful to the manga (which is by the mangaka of Pandora Hearts) so has some quite twisted characters with betrayals and dark moments, offset by quirky comedy. French legends are also mixed in (the Beast of Gevaudon in the second cour) and the...
The physical releases definitely seem to vanish rather too swiftly so I'd say go for it while it's there! As well as Mamita's Haberdashery, they're also supposed to be bringing out Hategaikaku no Bannin by Lily Hoshino (she's been taking a rather long maternity break, which I praise her for...
