I recently got around to watching a silent voice. My main thought now is why i never took @Neil.T advice about watching it sooner. It was definitely a fantastic watch.

On a bizarre note I have a similar story, basically the same, only difference being instead of the news it ended up as part -only part- of a film.

You’d still have to, at least for vhs, audio cassettes at least had 2 sides so at least rewinding wasn’t required, unless you wanted to listen to the same side again...

The only downside... rewinding your tapes.

Nope however if you come over I can judo you. :P you’re totally right on winning without much eforr though. My first fight lasted 8 seconds, I won. More time was spent getting a grip than attacking. Would have been nice to get that gold though as he ultimately was a higher grade than me.

Aching today, managed to get silver. Extremely gutted it wasn’t gold, if my hold down would have lasted 2seconds more I’d have had gold instead.

Well I’m off to the judo competition, please wish me luck guys and gals. EDIT: after arriving about 12:45 my category fights have just started at ~16:00. The only problem? I still have to wait because my weight group hasn’t started yet. Should i pack judo in and just swap my hobby to waiting? :)

The way around that is if she does make you to just sit there and tune out. That or distraction techniques. “Yeah sure I’ll watch that with you, oh look what’s that? It’s shiny!” Yes, I get distracted by things like that!
