@Hanners @anime_andrew Blimey, is there going to be a standard edition any time soon (which admittedly I would have preferred anyway) because if not I need to get a copy from amazon quick? (I assumed there would be enough left for MCM)
I think I remember someone in this forum saying that CR have now outsourced there uk PR team. So yeah probably was better as manga entertainment, at least I was able to get hold of an actual person there when I had a question, and they did research for my answer.
Bumping this old thread to ask if people still want to see toonami uk make a return? I've been looking at the state of kids tv today and it's not great. Citv just shut down with cbbc expected to shut down in a few years, disney shut down there channels around the time disney plus came around...
Either way I'm just lamenting, there's rumor that this move in Australia by disney is slowly going to happen globally, disney being so big what they do the other big players eventually follow suit, if they go then they'll be little reason to keep making blu ray players so even the small ones...
Sorry I know you were joking. It's just this news with disney pulling out of the physical market for Australia really has got me frightened for the future of the physical market in general and companies like AL, and let's face it crunchyroll aren't putting much effort into physical media.
Just wish more people did, given disney won't be distributing physical media to Australian anymore (so that includes marvel, star wars and Fox) it makes me more aware of how physical media is slowly dying and it scares me and it's because people aren't buying them, and no streaming is not better...
Keep it as a extra feature if you want but it completely ruined the movie. I didn't even realise till years later it was actually the beginning of the movie (and I still have the movie on vhs. Long since got rid of the rectangle cd-rom that came with it).
@Hanners now this is interesting, do you think it's something anime limited would look into (because i find it hard to believe crunchyroll would be into this thing these day's)...
I have all of bleach on dvd so I'm not completely sure if I want to replace them myself however I suddenly remembered that when kaze took over there first boxset for some bizarre reason left the omake's at the end of each episode out so that would be a plus. One question, how many episodes will...
If it's going to follow the manga (which I think it will) yes you will need to watch the others, but you can easily skip all the filler arcs they pretty much acknowledge there not part of the main cannon so don't even try to connect it up.
