I can’t fault Andrew for wanting to take a step back and focus on his personal life, just didn’t expect it quite so soon after the wedding.

At least this’ll free up more funds to focus on importing Discotek releases. As an aside, MVM are now the best independent distributor over here by default, so congrats to them.

I’ve never watched the dub either, but I strongly disagree with Sentai’s decision to redub the part for new releases.

What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

It’s just a shame the gorgeous HD scans of the pilots are only available to stream on Amazon Japan.

The correct way to buy the Beyond the Boundary series is the Animatsu blu-ray so you still get Mirai vocied by Krystal LaPorte in the dub.

It might not be quite this simple, but can people who preorder from AL directly not just be sent an email on the Friday afternoon before a Monday release if stock is not on-hand at the fulfilment house? I understand that other retailers will want new dates to update their listings so that...

I am truly shocked. What could possibly have happened between Friday and today that meant it could not achieve its release date yesterday?

No local Gundam screenings for me. I’d look into going to Manchester for it, but since it’s at SLA anyway, there’s no point.

The delays themselves aren’t a problem for the majority of us, but Gundam was announced for Monday and there is no excuse for AL not telling us it’s delayed given it is now the Saturday beforehand and the Monday is a bank holiday. It’s disrespectful of them to treat their customers like this.

What is there to be curious about? AL have too much on their plate, and communication went to **** the moment Jeremy left.

UP1 added Relative Worlds and it’s a much more reasonable £21.99

How is it that the least worth buying movie of the three is the worst early bird offer?

The movie was perfectly fine, but that's all it was. I just cannot justify £27 for it. It'll be in next year's Christmas sale; I envision this being the new "Hal".

My screening was actually one of the better turn outs I've seen lately. Not full by any means, but definitely in the 30-40 range.

AL are well known for having CEs that are better than their originally-announced-as-just-a-UEs, so I have every confidence the CE will be rigid.
