more announcements, for both late March and early April. found on Anime-on-line, amongst others.
Chillin' in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King's Army, SRP: £49.99 (Japanese with subs only)
RWBY: Ice Queendom, SRP: £39.99
The Legendary Hero is Dead!, SRP: £54.99 (French and German...
The European releases seem to have full EFIGS support, might be a little early to say it won't be here. Though, doesn't seem to be a lot announced from Sony Pictures atm.
Regarding Suzume, this may be news that is potentially interesting, while also following a track record at this point
A 4K release is mentioned in a press release as something to be seen later in the year.
It's a touch higher than what I would like, but I have to keep in mind that if they released this in 2 sets, the early bird price would be £40 each (£69.99 srp). There's an uplift, but not as much compared to just the 3 disc Sentai clone sets.
as an aside, Re Zero season 2 may well be released...
The Tiger & Bunny S1 Blu-ray Box (2016) contains both English subtitles and the English dub by Studiopolis. The later 'Compact blu-ray box' set is different and may not do.
Just a quick question, if any gets a copy of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero 4K, if you can say whether or not it plays the feature in Dolby Vision (as opposed to HDR10) then that would be great. I received the film and I couldn't get it to do so with a Panasonic DP-UB450.
I have noticed most...
Wasn't clear in the first photos, the discs appear to be held in a standard case, going by the CR Store listing Suzume - Movie - Blu-ray + DVD - Limited Edition | Crunchyroll Store
US Crunchyroll Slate for March 2024
Suzume LE and standard editions (Same as the UK, albeit the standard also contains a DVD)
The Legendary Hero is Dead (multi language title, French and German dubs and subs included)
RWBY: Ice Queendom
One Piece - Season 13 Voyage 6
Unclear at the moment, not mentioned.
So there it is, the extras are present on the CE now subbed (I think the special features are on the standard as well?), with translated materials and a book. You can choose to import a set just for the 4k (and extras that aren't subbed) at much greater...
Weathering With You is yea. Your Name was Funimation.
I think Suzume did relatively well for CR, given it performed better in the UK than both the AL distributed titles Your Name and Weathering with You. It's also now available on their streaming platform, so it is generally accessible as well...
Some packaging renders for Suzume regular BDs, the steelbook is just on its own (no rigid box here).
Will want to see what the extras are too, if it includes the ones found on the JP set now subbed then that would be good.
Like others I've seen, Sentai stuff arrived, including 2 of Netflix shows that were not messed with and that Crunchyroll cartoon. Looking to actually watching a couple of these soon (relatively anyway...)
