Another week another CeX story, traded £300 of anime and video games I completed and decided to get BW2, HG & Conquest. The CeX in city centre had 2 of them but learned lessons from last time & asked and both reprinted covers... so told them order it online. They arrived in one package via...
Is anyone finidng themselves constantly re-watching anime instead watching newer stuff? At most I probably try 3-4 shows a season now instead of giving everything I get
The older I get the more I realise time is precious so I'd rather just watch something I know is good instead of risking...
So catching up on Sonic games I haven't played but the Platinum also has a bit of a backstory so about 10 years ago I bought a Canadian copy of Ebay for £15 didn't think much of it since I bought a genuine copy of White 2 from Australia for £15, however the Platinum game would freeze quite a bit...
Even more glad I decided to take it back and return cuz part of me was like ehh I didn't pay any money so no harm but yeah now in the future I'll know to order online for a rare games!
It's a bit weird why they even reprinted the cover cuz unlike GBA you can't trade in loose DS cartridges... I...
Bit of a backstory with this, went to my local CeX on Saturday traded some old tech & got wayyyyy more than I expected so decided to get Pokémon White, however I failed to see it was a reprinted cover and had no manuals, read they have 48hr voucher refund so took it back on Monday and then...
If anyone is heading to MCM this weekend if you can take pics of the Banpresto booth I would appreciate it as Bandai said they'll show off new DB, OP & Naruto figures!
I really wish they'd release Mystery Incorporated on BD! Such a fantastic show
I might just bite the bullet and buy it on YouTube since apparently it says it has it in 1080p
Sparking Zero and Scooby Doo on Zombie Island on BD arrived earlier (shame return is on there though)
Going through Western animated stuff before moving on to buying anime again
Picked up a Gohan figure that Amazon lowered to £19 & picked up The Batman on BD too (underrated show!)
Also DBZ level set 1.2 arrived unfortunately no slipcover but expected that 1.1 hard to find out now so when a seller listed 1.2 at msrp decided to jump on it. Shame we never got the whole...
Yeah I am not to fussed about bells and whistles anymore either like My Dress Up Darling importing the CE was £50 more just couldn't justify it in the end especially since I also collect figures (my twitter is pretty much a merch info account now lol) and play video games too
I also rewatch...
Doing my yearly drop in lol how is everyone?
I've sort of been lazy with collecting anime last couple years & since it is October I usually rewatch Ghost Hunt but all of a sudden it isn't on CR and luckily I have the DVD but it was a wake up call that I have been relying too much on streaming...
I went to my local comic book store on free comic book day and their entire shelf of My Dress Up Darling was basically sold out!
I am just so happy how popular the series is, the anime and manga both had exhibitions this year in Japan too, so cool.
A shame no LE here but probably wouldn't...
My local comic book store stocked up on some more My Dress Up Darling! Funnily I went with a big list of of western comics to buy and they barely had anything but plenty and plenty of manga. It's crazy like years ago it felt like they had several shelves of just Batman comics now he has just one...
Hi folks been a while! I have noticed that anime/manga has really risen in the UK, I have been out the loop for a while but recently I went to my local comic book store recently (had not been in YEARS) and was shocked,,., I walked in and was immediately hit by waifu figures haha they had massive...
It's a shame Bandai were the only prize figure company that did anything with STR, unfortunately they are stuck making cheap ass prize figures despite the price allowance increasing, meanwhile Sega Taito and FuRyu have all increased to the point of some figures having even commercial quality
