Seconded the Sony recommendation. Mine held up well for years. Replaced it with an LG which I'm not as fond of.

The English subtitle track for the live action scenes in the extras are missing. Doesn't bother me personally but should the time ever come that I part with my UE I thought it best to grab the replacement offered
I believe the expression "If you don't ask, you don't get" applies here. Ultimately it's a missing subtitle track on a live action "extra" that most people wouldn't have even been aware of had it not been flagged.
Drop an email to AL. If they declared the items at a higher value than you paid they should arguably pay the difference.
Had a similar? issue a while back with Right Stuf where the Customs agent calculated the VAT based on the value in GBP rather than USD i.e £100 instead of $100. Right Stuf...
I got one of those a few months back to replace a Sony player. Don't care for having the manually hit OK/Play to play a disc every time I turn the player on, I miss auto-play :(
If people are cancelling as they claim you might end up in the first batch. I'll find it incredibly amusing if the sets are immaculate and the critics lose out on UE goodness as a result of pre release hysteria.
Obviously not AL intention to put out a sub par product but if they're getting batch #1 on the 10th then there's no opportunity to address production issues now assuming the same company is half-assing all the UK/EU versions.
Can't see it being accepted by those who've bought the UE sets so...
