My replacement second disc of Iroduku: The World in Colors has arrived! The subtitle error on episode 13 has been fixed. There is a slight difference with the serial number underneath the MVM logo. The original disc reads "MBR7286B", while the new disc reads "MBR7286BV2".

This explains the lack of a licensor logo on the case, as TV Tokyo licenses usually lack them, whereas Kadokawa and Aniplex licences would have the logo on the cases. If anything, their idents would normally precede the Funimation/Crunchyroll ident.
