Rushmore - 7/10
I'm not a fan of Bill Murray, so I was execting to switch straight over from this film. But it turned out to be a rather engaging and heart-warming comedy. Bill Murray played his usual charcter, but I didn't find him quite so sickening as I usually do.
Grosse Pointe Blank -...
I was shocked! I didn't want the Stig's identity to ever be revealed.
Though I am inclined to side with everyone who doesn't believe it to be the real Stig. Bodily he just didn't look the same, the Stig always seems a bit more beefy. Though I'm probably just analysing it all too closely.
When I was very young my entire consumption of anime came from what was being shown on the tv. I wasn't very picky, I would pretty much watch anything, and everything. Though since most of what was shown was shounen, that was where my preference lay.
That continued when I first branched out...
I wasn't a fan of watching the hacked appart version of Naruto they showed on Jetix, but I'm surprised they didn't want to keep it going. Over the last year it has become a big thing in my 10 year old cousin's school, his can't have been the only school.
I have to say I am a little vexed by...
Series that I would recommend that have a similar flavour to what you have already watched would be:
And if you want to try something a little different, these are also excellent series:
I'm so awed by your scenery pictures! The top one, and some of your pieces you have put up previously reminds me of the style you often see on title screens for online games.
I never even know where to begin when it comes to creating backgrounds for my pictures.
It was one of those auditions that you knew was going to be good, but you didn't know in what way, lol.
Though funnily, before he even sang I remember wondering to my mum whether he was a woman who had had a sex change, he just struck me as having an oddly feminine face.
Schindler's List - 10/10
I couldn't be bothered to watch the whole 3 hours in one go so I split it into two parts.
I remember first watching it in History class when I was in year 9, and it still remains one of the best depictions of the war out there.
Adding to RetroRainbow's tips I would say do not be afraid to use lots, and lots of layers. If you are doing soft style shading build up the colours very slowly, so they blend together smoothly.
If I am colouring skin, clothing and hair I use at least 5 layers, usually many more.
When you are...
I don't think I ever impulse buy Anime nowadays, but when I first got into buying Anime dvds every purchase I made was impulse, and I stuck mostly to stand alone volumes. Thus so almost everything I have from those very early days is utter crap that I havn't cared to re-watch since!
