There hasn't been a replacement programme for those who purchased (for lack of a better phrasing) the pre-release MCM London October 2015 units of Kill la Kill Part 1 Blu-ray yet, but we are still looking to do this at some point. We haven't got a time frame on when this might be, but believe me...

The book will fit inside the Part 3 box as per the book with the previous two volumes.

Unfortunately this is correct. Though to put this out there the date shift is more a precaution on our part than anything. (We we were concerned that part of it might arrive in time so we have shifted the date to be on the safe side.)

We're still aiming for the 1st June. (Have updating the listings.)

I know there's not been much of an update on Nerima and T&B from us, am hoping to have a more definitive update on both soon.

Just to throw this out there, we know the streaming option isn't ideal for everyone but do take into account that Gundam The Origin itself is a unique title given how it's being distributed to fans simultaneously worldwide (and that's with an English dub too.) As you said being able to stream it...
