need help finding anime

hi there im trying to find a anime title and i cant sem to find it or rememeber the name all i can rememeber is i think it was free on chrunchyroll or some site like that, it was from gonzo and it starts on a motorbike race track following them arround, then i think it cuts to the ambulance on the side track (oviously for accidents) and the two paramedics spot a woman in the back and go to check her out i think she was dead so they start the ambulance, one in the back with the woman all you se is the woman turning into a monster and going wild the it cuts to the outside of the ambulance and the windows are filled with blood, thats all i saw as it was a 30 second sample

edit: it was made btween feb 07 till now and there isnt a dub yet

Well, the description makes whatever it is sound pretty good. I've never seen this, but I might have to the way it sounds.

The first thing that came to mind when I read that was "Welcome to the NHK" because in the news and rumours section, there is thread about it being free on crunchyroll.

yep, that's it. It does gets better though... on episode 2 the story starts kicking and wow =)
