Screenshots of the new CGI Resident evil movie released!

From the scenes shown it does look like its gonna be designed very well, so the looks are covered, I wonder what the storyline will be like
 
Seen them a only a few hours ago myself elsewhere.


Basically it takes place 7 years after racoon city, so obviously its not got anything to do with the films, but it seems to be going with the games storyline, and with the two main characters of RE2. I'm curious as to know whether it is the games storyline its connected to and what part claire and leon will still have to play, also will any other big names appear? It does looks extremely good, i just wish they would hurry up.

Well if capcom themselves are working on it i would think the storyline should be extremely good, albeit they do like their cheesy dialogue, i just hope lines like "You where almost a Jill sandwich" aren't in it.
 
This should probably be in the anime section - after all, it is Japanese and animated. And Advent Children was referred to as anime quite a lot.
 
Leon is the most obvious, for one he has his trademark coat from RE4, and the same handgun. Claire not so much but it definitely looks that way.

I have the better quality trailer on here and it does look great, and more and more likely that its following the game storyline, and it looks like the return of Zombies too! Now all we need is Ada and then the RE2 stars are all back together.
 
Loving the look of this. Can't beat a bit of zombie action in any case!!! XD

Did you hear that RE5 has been pushed back to 2009? Saddens me T_T

That sucks :( Oh well at least we'll have this to tide us over till it comes out :)

yet they have the 4th film in the making already so i guess they never learned much =/. They should have ended it with the second film and not ruin it with the third.

i stand corrected, then again, how long will it be till shrek and star trek go for so long they're no longer good
