THE JAPANESE DRAWING ROOM

I am going to get this manga because of my interest in Japanese culture which perhaps many of you share. I also wanted to get a copy of the journal it was made from

'westward from the golden gate' by annie russell cotes

but I havent been able to find it anywhere at all. Has anyone else been trying to find it and had any better luck?

No one replied so I assume either no one is interested or no body knows. Just incase anyone was interested and was looking like me I thought I'd let you know that I have some news.

I contacted the Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum (in Bournmouth). It turns out that the Journal has been out of print since 1899 and even then it wasnt in general resale, it was privately printed in a limited number making it a rare book (perhaps expensive), forcing you to wait until someone decides to sell their copy before you can buy.

How ever they are going to do a reprint next year so if you want a copy you'll probably have to wait
