This probably represents the latest step in the commercialization of the "manga look" in the UK. To be honest, I'm amazed to think that anyone would consider taking financial advice from a comic character, but that just goes to show how much the image of Japanese pop culture has changed over here during the last couple of years.

There will still be those who will surely reject it for just the reason you mentioned but just the fact its being released really does represent a shift in our culture.
