    To clarify this - we order a stock shipment once every three weeks which then takes about a week to arrive, so overall delivery takes 2-4 weeks. And yes, we are at the mercy of RIghtStuf availability so this can increase if they are temporarily out of stock.

    In this case, the delay was due to an error at the supplier that caused them to lose all our DVD orders from August and the first half of September. By the time it was sorted out, it had caused a four week delay.

    This is correct, but only with regard to import duty. VAT is paid at the point of sale, so UP1 (and their sole domestic rival) pay no import VAT but must charge VAT on their retail prices.

    Whoops! Should be £76.99. The RRP for the box is similar to the cost of the individual DVDs, so it's not the usual bargin set.
